CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Promotional offers must be claimed prior to fitting and placement of an order and cannot be accepted with other offers.
Our hems are guaranteed for the life of the garment and if a hem comes undone, we will repair it at our cost.
The guarantees are subject to the following provisions:
DAMAGE TO YOUR GARMENT:
We take great care with all garments, but if we do damage to your garment, we will buy the garment from you at the amount identified by your original receipt or at a fair value and will keep the original garment. We will also refund to you the full amount of the cost of altering your garment. That cost applies only to the work done by Finesse Alterations.
EXPRESS SERVICE FEE
If you require alterations done quickly, this can be done. A 30% service fee will be applied for items required within 24 hours and 20% for items required within 72 hours. This is to cover the additional hours to be worked by our staff which will usually incur overtime paid at double the normal rate.

Customers who use Finesse multiple times during the year are considered annually for a Platinum Discount Card. That card gives them 15% discount on all items they purchase unless revoked.
Note: Only one discount can be used at a time. Discounts cannot be combined under any circumstances.
